Seven years ago, beginning his career as a Registered Massage Therapist, a mentor told Thomas,

“Thomas, you’re not the right massage therapist for everybody.”

These words have stuck with Thomas since that day, and have helped to shape Thomas into the Massage Therapist he is today. Thomas’ goal is to encourage and facilitate healing, physical development and musculoskeletal improvement. Some of the techniques Thomas uses can be uncomfortable, but pain is never the goal. Thomas’ hope is always that you’ll leave an appointment feeling better than when you came in. As a big advocate of 10-15 minutes of self-care every day, he believes that to be more valuable than what he can offer in a 60 minute treatment.

With that being said, he will work together with his patients to find a path to recovery, health and fitness that works for each individual in conjunction with his treatment.

Suzanne works out of our 2nd location, in unit 206-2630 Croydon Drive. Please ensure you are booking online via the 2nd floor, unit 206 location if you do not see any available appointments

Suzanne found her passion for anatomy while taking a forensic anthropology course at Kwantlen University.

She took this new found interest and paired it with her desire to help others and enrolled in the 3000-hour program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy.

She has been practicing as a registered massage therapist since 2008 and truly loves her profession.

Suzanne believes that change starts with patient education. If we teach our clients about their injury and how to avoid further damage, we can prevent a prolonged pain cycle and achieve faster outcomes. The importance and benefits gained by knowledge empowers the client to make their own decisions and create change for themselves in aiding their healing process. This philosophy of care is what excites Suzanne about joining a multidisciplinary clinic, where she can work along side other health care professionals who will help nurture positive outcomes for her clients.

Suzanne’s treatment style incorporates Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Release, General Swedish muscular stripping techniques and therapeutic exercise to help realign muscular dysfunction and decrease tension and pain. She accommodates her depth of pressure for each individual need, and believes massage therapy should incorporate relaxation techniques to fully benefit from hands on work.

Suzanne’s approach is guided by her extensive anatomy training including a full cadaver dissection of the human body. This post grad course really helped in understanding how to access certain structures and to see how interconnected the human body really is. Suzanne also spent 2 years teaching as a clinical instructor at CDI college from 2016-2018. She truly enjoys helping students understand the importance of professionalism while guiding their manual skills to the ability of helping others. It has also helped keep her up to date education wise.

When Suzanne isn’t at work she enjoys challenging herself in experiencing new things. Some of her most favorite adventures include traveling the world as far as Australia, Europe, Costa Rica, and Tahiti while her craziest adventure involved jumping out of an airplane. Her most challenging adventure was learning how to swim in 5 weeks to compete in a Tri-it distance Triathlon where she surpassed her goal of top 5 and became 2nd female finisher. Suzanne has participated in Olympic distance Triathlons and has completed 6 half marathon running races, one of which she did while 30wks pregnant! Now a mother, her little ones keeps her quite busy and is currently only working part time.

She is determined in nature and strives to succeed in all areas of life including working with you in your health care journey!

Available Monday- Thursday and some Saturdays. Registered Massage Therapist and Weight Trainer, Brad grew up in the Fleetwood area of Surrey.

He began working with the public as a weight trainer at the Surrey Sport & Leisure Center (SSLC) for four years. It was there that he became interested in massage therapy in order to qualify as a competent healthcare practitioner.

He has designed training programs for UBC varsity athletes, treated people with multiple sclerosis and various degenerative neurological conditions at the George Pearson Centre, and volunteered over 50 hours of treatment time with the Nike Runners Lounge along Vancouver’s seawall during his schooling at West Coast College of Massage Therapy.

Brad has continued his education with courses in Systemic Tissue Release, Assessment and Treatment for the low back and pelvis. In the upcoming years he’ll complete his Bachelor in Health Science.

Brad’s interest is in finding the root of the problem, not simply treating the symptoms, and in educating his patients so that they can participate in their own healing and further wellbeing.

His modalities include Swedish massage, trigger point release, fascial and myofascial release, muscle-energy technique and PNF stretching and strengthening work, and he employs these techniques to enable the neurological and musculoskeletal systems to achieve homeostasis (a stable state).
